I haven't been able to post anymore blogs on the scandals, and corruption going on at the Wentzville School district due to the fact I had a stroke, and was hospitalized. So I am cramming a couple of the blogs in.
The first part is about the covering up of sexual harassment of students. Girls have been harassed, touched, groped, and just bombarded with vulgar comments while the school has kept it from being know. It has been going on on the buses on trips back, and forth to school. Parents have been reporting it, and so haven students. Here is where it takes a turn. The most that the school has done to any students involved is set assigned seats on the bus. That is correct girls are being touched, and how the schools are handling it is by assigning students on the buses assigned seats not disciplining the children involved. Now if t6his was going on in the adult world or between teachers people would be losing their jobs, lawsuits would be going on, and possible criminal charges. Wentzville School District doesn't think the students should receive the same protection from sexual harassment. The faculty have been denying that any harassment has happened or is going even after parents have made known it has been reported, and they reported it to specific faculty. They still deny it happened. The district has also failed to let parents know that there have been MULTIPLE REPORTS of sexual harassment going on in the school district. Though they are begging parents to approve bills, and taxes so they can give all students iPads.
The second part involves the final notice of teacher bullying going on at the Wentzville School District. It just made local news that teachers at Timberland High School had been bullying students online. It is not happening just online though. It is happening daily at the school. Teachers yelling at entire classrooms "I cannot believe how stupid you are how can one of you not get the answers right on the test." mind you this was a class for students with learning disabilities and special ed students where in the class. Teachers yelling at students in front of entire classrooms how they can't do anything right or how they new to grow up because the student is complaining about another student bullying them in the class room. Now mind you some of the students they are yelling at and bullying are in special education classes!!! These are just some of the recent comments that have been made directly in the classroom to students
I do apologize that this blog isn't longer or that they haven't been posted in a timely manner, but being in the ICU and not having a computer kind of put a damper on getting blogs done.
